The PAGCOR Origin

Casino Filipino's lineage runs through PAGCOR's founding.

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation was established in 1976 under Presidential Decree 1067-A to consolidate state gaming operations. In 1977, PAGCOR opened its first casino — the Manila Bay Casino — a floating venue operating on the MS Philippine Tourist vessel. i think you got the stud poker game wrong. it does not matter whether you have a poker face or not. the dealer only plays if they got an ace/king on their hand . if their card is lesser than ace/king, you automaticaly win if you didnt fold.
