Im willing to pay it pero i dont know how much ang lowest amount that I can pay as parang downpayment. lets say 25k ung loan na naging 50k na, pwede ba kong magbayad muna ng 20k? tapos monthly na ang 30k? TIA hello po sargentero, punta po kayo sa SSS branch na malapit sa inyong lugar at humingi ng GUARDIANSHIP FORM for INCAPACITATED MEMBER. medyo maraming requirements na nakalathala sa likod ng application form, paki dala na lang po ang SSS ID, passbook ng member at medical certificate na yung member ay may alzheimer's disease. Back ground : said salary load was already deducted from my salary... fully paid... deducted by my former employer, sad to say.. it was never remitted to sss.. Question: Meron bang Loan condonation program ang SSS ? and how does it work.. how will i apply... im willing to repay the loan (even though bayad na siya before) .. sana via condonation para me bawas sa penaly/interest .... para ma linis na yun record ko and eventually able to loan again and also para malinis na yun record ko pag dating sa future retirement process.. Salamat Sir bossing baka may copy ka pa ng pay slip na may deduction ng monthly amortization mo sa sss salary loan. just provide it at the member relations department at 2nd flr sss bldg., east avenue. the sss will conduct an investigation on your behalf against your previous employer for non-remittance of salary loan payments. lugi ka bossing kapag ikaw ang nagbayad ulit. Yung brother nya na hit and run sa Antipolo (madugo ang story actually) tinakbuhan ng driver. Hindi taga Antipolo yung na hit and run nagpunta lang dun para makipaginuman. Now, ang nagaasikaso ng SSS nya is si yaya kasi daw sya lang daw may ID. Yung asawa nung namatay based sa province hindi makaluwas kasi maraming anak. Question: 1. Sa SSS Antipolo lang ba talaga nila yun pwede ma process yung makukuha nila ( and can you clarify kung ano bang benefit yun?)2. Ano yung hinihinging sketch? baka lang may idea ka kung kasama ba talaga sa requirements yun? (kasi medyo hassle at walang taga antipolo sa kanila)3. Bakit kailangang for investigation pa kung may police report naman and papers galing sa funeraria?4. Wala daw record ng birth certificate sa NSO yung namatay, ang sabi daw sa SSS dapat daw pagawan... pwede kayang baptismal na lang since patay naman na yung tao? .... Thanks so much in advance! good day yummommy, yung member ang namatay? actually yung wife ang dapat magfile ng death benefits kung saan province sila naka-based as you said. ang funeral benefits ay pwedeng i-file kung sino ang nagbayad ng funeral services po. kung si yaya ang nagbayad ng funeral services, pwede siyang magfile sa pinakamalapit na sss branch kung saan siya currently naka-address. yung pong sketch ay para sa fact of death. sketch kung saan ibinurol/libing. ma'am kailangan po talaga yan kasi final claim so sinisigurado pong mabuti yan kasi kung mali ang nabayaran... heads will roll sa branch kung saan na-process pwede po ang baptismal or marriage certificate AT none availability of records from NSO. paki ready na rin ang mga birth certificate ng mga anak ng namatay na galing NSO kung qualified ang beneficiaries for pension. paki inquiry na rin po yan sa sss branch. regarding po sa loan ng hubby nyo. pwede pong bayaran pero kung hindi pa niya renewal date, maghihintay pa rin siya. two years to pay kasi ang sss salary loan. p.s. kapag po ba naughty you will still add as a friend?
