ung ON ko nabili ko sa isang kakilalang importer somewhere in binondo..

 

may question ako guys, ano ba advantage at disadvantages pag nagte-take ng steroids? ano ung mga tinatawag na cycles? ilang cycles ang cguradong makakabigay ng target physique ng isang taong regular mag gym? magkano dpat budget for it?

 

1. steroids have many side effects such as weakening of your joingt and bones, acne, mood swings, possible testicular shrinkage... Most of the bad effects will get you later on in your life

 

its still best to develop a good physique the natural way

Basta sakin, Natural is Better, Remember na ang pagpapalaki ng katawan hindi naman overnight nangyayari yon, in my case I've been working out for almost 2 years now and hanggang ngayon marami pa improvements na kailangan ko gawin sa ktawan and i never used steroids, although malaki na tlga ktawan ko. tanong ko lang, ilang months ka na ba naggy-gym? baka naman may mga maling habits ka kaya hindi nagi-improve ktawan mo?

ive been working out for 2 months now... i see some transformations naman.... i just want to add some muscles and at the same time burn fats, coz i do have some pa.... what do you suggest ba? what planned diet do you recommend?

 

salamat kung mabibigyan mo ko ng mga tips....

 

btw... sa nick at posts mo pa lang mukhang gym buff ka eh.... how long have u been working out?

remember guys.. GIRLS are not attracted talaga sa guys with big bulging muscles, they are attracted more with smart, intelligent guys..

And smart, intelligent young guys who have lean yet bulging muscles and are successful in business get ALL of the girls, including yours THUG. So you'd be wise to keep your lady away from me :lol: As the saying goes, lose the zero and get with the hero..heh heh

 

 

Seriously folks, steroids are not for casual athletes. If you can't get results naturally, there is something wrong with your training first, and secondly, you probably are not eating enough during the off-season.

2 yrs na phinto hinto ang pag gi gym ko

nahihinto dhil:

1) nawalan ng gana dhil ang yabang ng isang instructor sa gym

2) inaagaw ng work ang oras

 

isa pa, hindi talaga ako palakain e

sbi nga ng instructor sa bgo kong pinag gi gym man kelangan daw lakasan ko kain pero never talaga ako nahilig na kumain ng sobra e, tama na sakin ung breakfast, lunch, merienda at dinner in medium amounts

 

mejo may korte na din daw katawan ko..sbi nila na mga kasama ko pero probs ko talaga ung belly hindi ko alam kung kelan ko ma achieve ung 6-pack abs

 

saka gusto ko talaga lumaki ung muscle sa chest ko in-born ko na ksi ung may "man boobs" e kya tuloy dti napagkakamalan akong bading khit na sobrang hilig ko sa pekpek :lol:

1. stop reading all fitness mags and trying to emulate bodybuilder routines

2. focus on the basics, suats, bench presses, deadlifts,military presses, pullups

 

since you're in the manila area, how about dropping by eclipse? I'll gladly guide you through a more basic and effecient workout compared to what you use now? The trial workout is free for a week

i have something to share about man boobs... not all guys who are overweight or used to be obese have chests filled with fats at kung papayat eh magmumukha siyang normal na chest ng payat na lalaki..

 

there are some guys who have gynecomastia kung saan yung harapan ng chest muscles nila me glandular na fat na di matanggal ng anumang exercises... kung papayat ka man... that glandular fat is still there and the result is para kang girl with underdeveloped breast bukas of the layer of fat that makes the small lump in front of your chests and sadly only surgery can remove it.

ang gusto ko lng lumaki ang muscles sa chest ko para nde korteng parang boobs tlg ng grl tpos mejo magmistulang nka 6 pak ang abs ko

bossing adriean48, tanong naman... kc nakabili ako dito sa karachi pakistan ng ripped fuel extreme cut... 950 rupees ( 60 rps = US$1, pumapatak kulang kulang 1t pesos ), 24 capsules... kaso duda ako sa bote e.. hindi ko alam baka fake... may mga lulalabas bang fake na ganito, upload ko mga pix, paki tignan mo naman kung authentic.... tapos na ako sa isang bottle ng hydroxycut e... pero parang wala namang effect sa kin ( syempre, the ika nga ng iba mas ok parin yung may exercise and food intake)... I visit the gym everyday for 1 hour... tsaka wala na rin akong rice, either subway or fruits lang ang kinakain ko... kaso parang wala akong naramdman... from 1 capsule per day to naka-3 capsules per day ako din ng hydrxycut....

 

ngayon gusto ko try tong ripped fuel max ( extreme cut )... advice naman kung tuwing kelan to dapat inumin, nabasa ko kc 2 capsules twice a day... so hindi ko alam kung before breakfast and then before dinner or before lunch and after dinner?
