Apollo is correct on all items mentioned.

I'm a health buff myself after suffering from many health related things.

Food is really your medicine.

Regarding

BBQs, yes, we avoid it.

Regarding shrimp, yes, we avoid it too.

Regarding pork, yes, we avoid it, I and my son are allergic to chicken too, we substituted goat meat... very clean.

Instant noodles?  Cardboard with MSG.

I also avoid distilled water.

We threw away our microwave oven.

We do not eat canned food or preserved foods.

We stress on freshness, enzyme activity of uncooked and lightly cooked vegetables.

No junk food, no hot dogs, no hams, no tocinos.

We have red and brown rice.

We eat markedly less bread, less white rice and other refined carbs.

We avoid fastfood places.

We invest in organic products and a full time cook.

The whole family is on a health kick, we're healthy glowing and don't get sick.

We got tired of being sick, fat and infertile.

Now we are Healthy, Sexy and Horny.  :thumbsupsmiley:

Ha ha ha, could not resist, mtc kasi ito.

how'd I wish that I have such discipline when it comes to food...

As babymaker states; organic grown food is good for you.

You should have in mind that when you buy vegetables, since some farmers ar spraying the vegetables with toxic to remove flies and other insects that may eat it before it is harvested.

But, downside, organic grown food is more expensive :(

You dont need to starve yorself from indulging in th foods you like bess. Yes, moderation is key but at last, Dr. Earl Mindell has found the right nutrient to arrest cancer growth and help us from developing cancer..

This is Goji, the himalayan wonder berry that is now naturally and specially formulated to respond to many sickness and diseases.

I've lost more than 20 pounds in the past year following a high fiber, low fat, high protein meal together with regular exercise (weights for 3x a week and badminton 2x a week). My diet consisted mainly of oats, cereals, wheat bread, fruits, vegetables, chicken breast without skin, other lean meats. I don't eat rice anymore. I do have an occasional ice cream and chocolate bar so I don't feel deprived. I was forced into this routine because of my hypertension and now my blood pressure is back to normal and I am already off my medicine. Also, my eating is spaced at 5-6 small meals a day. As much as possible, I avoid overeating at any given time. Hope these helps.

Lastly, try reading up on the ABS Diet Book by David Z. It helped me a lot.

I hate diets, I love to eat. The best one I've tried is when my gf for such a long time decides its over. I couldn't eat worth a SH*T, tell you what, all that emotional distress is good for losing weight. Better to lose the weight than to lose one's mind. I'm over her and have gained the kgs. like crazy.
