How Can I Quit Smoking?

i think i can stop! hehehe kailangan may motivation kse para mag stop mag smoke.. here is one kinky reason why you'd wanna stop! When i "do" it kse sobrang tagal ako before ya'know.. so my grl cums at least 2 times before i do (some reached 4x) :evil: anyways, after i pop, i realise na pagod na ako agad.. im not able to go for a 2nd round (mahina kse baga) even if i try to, ang bilis kong mapagod! Badtrip yun kse di mo nasatisfy sarili mo, ung girl lang! So feeling ko para akong na-rape ng grl kse sila lang nasatisfy with multiple "O's" BWAAHAHAHA! SO from now on stop nako mag smoke and ill start jogging at roxas blvd on my days off to rebuild my resistensya.. BWAHAHHAA so ang target ko now is 2-3pops.. WAHAHAHAHA :evil: i think that would motivate me any day.. :evil: :evil: :evil: :P

I smoked my first cigarette when I was 12 years old.  Twenty years later I quit smoking for good.  But quiting was pure torture.  There was just something in your mouth that craved for that cigarette.  I don't know about your weight situation, but expect to gain at least 10 pounds, because to compensate for the absence of cigarettes there's only one thing you can do, and that is eat.  Eat, eat, eat.  And there's no such thing as gradual quittting.  It's all or nothing.

 

As for the itching and nauseau, I never experienced it with tobacco.  The nausea could possibly connected to alcohol.  That, too, I know.

Pareng Dreman, buti na lang nasabi mo yan, actually di ko din natiis, nag inuman kami ng tropa, masarap pa pulutan kaya nakapag yosi tuloy ulit ako. Pero kagabi lang, pangangatawanan ko pa din!!!!

 

kakagaling ko lang sa seb.. hehe mejo mas malakas na resistensya ko ngayon! hehee anyways, pareng vuk, minsan din di ko matiis na di mag yosi.. lalo na pag busog na busog ka sa pagkain tapos andami mong nakikitang nagyoyosi :wacko: ang hirap pigilin.. pero im proud to say na maximum 1stick per day nalang ako.. minsan every other day nalang.. dibali makaka-quit din tayo! :lol: ang importante is that u set goals.. for example 5sticks/day ka.. bawasan mo lang ng bawasan.. dapat may target ka.. Dapat pangatawanan mo rin yun at mahiya ka sa sarili mo pag niloko mo sarili mo.. :lol: as of now 1stick every other day nalang ako.. yehey lapit nako quit! :lol: good luck pareng vuk! happy quitting! :lol:
