I was a heavy smoker, lalo pag may inuman, lampas isang kaha, pero nagawa kong tumigil nang 2 taon. No candies, no patches, nothing... bigalng tigil.Ngayon? eto, nagyoyosi na ulit ako, 1 stick a day, every lunch break. HA! wala din... Quote Link to comment

You must have self discipline for this to work, otherwise. I used to smoke, favorite brand "Marlboro", I stopped because I love my wife and daughter too much. Quote Link to comment

When i "do" it kse sobrang tagal ako before ya'know.. so my grl cums at least 2 times before i do (some reached 4x) :evil: anyways, after i pop, i realise na pagod na ako agad.. im not able to go for a 2nd round (mahina kse baga) even if i try to, ang bilis kong mapagod! Badtrip yun kse di mo nasatisfy sarili mo, ung girl lang! So feeling ko para akong na-rape ng grl kse sila lang nasatisfy with multiple "O's" BWAAHAHAHA! SO from now on stop nako mag smoke and ill start jogging at roxas blvd on my days off to rebuild my resistensya.. BWAHAHHAA so ang target ko now is 2-3pops.. Dapat pangatawanan mo rin yun at mahiya ka sa sarili mo pag niloko mo sarili mo.. as of now 1stick every other day nalang ako.. yehey lapit nako quit! good luck pareng vuk! happy quitting! It's just a stupid habit that we picked up and copied from somebody else bec. we probably thought that we would look cool or more mature if we smoke. I know i picked it up from my dad bec. he would always smoke after meals and I would hear him say, " ang sarap mag yosi pag busog!". so i started trying it w/ my dad's leftovers (bec. he would just smoke half a stick). I didn't really enjoy that first puff anyway, I started coughing and puking, but i thought to myself that it was a pretty cool thing to do so i tried again, and again, until I got used to inhaling the smoke. So here I am after 17 freaking years... ADDICTED!!!! And I hate it. Quote Link to comment

vukmeister Posted March 14, 2005 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Pareng Dreman, i'm successful so far! parati na lang akong nagbabaon ng candy or gum at sabay hinga ng malalim whenever i feel the urge. I guess what works for me is just quitting cold turkey. Kung nakakatiis ka ng one stick per day or every other day, I guess it only becomes your ritual kasi sa palagay ko eh di mo na feel yung urge. Anyway, siguro mag smoke na lang ako pag me inuman which is good na rin dahil di naman ako ganung kadalas uminom, siguro mga twice a month lang pag naka gimik ang tropa. O guys, join na din kayo!!!!
