The price of townhouse units in my subdivision is now up Php1M from my price. That's Php1 MILLION in profit for me this year or 8.8% RoI! And since it is in a fantastic location, the value will just go up and up. Certainly a great investment and another brilliant hokage move by me. Where is the dancing emoticon when you need one?
