Ang di ko naisip yung - window blinds- washer and dryer- refrigerator Aabot din yan sa Php200K. Siguro, unahin ko lang refrigertor this year. Then blinds sa January next year. I had a choice to choose either a unit that backs to the pond or to the forest and I chose the forest. In the end, I would rather have privacy over water view. I want it natural growth. Eto bale magiging backyard ko. I will still have a sideyard lot where my me and my kids can play like kiting, throwing football, and drone flying. Kung ganun bakit ung mga condo sa prime locations halos dumoble in value? Bakit marami Parin bumibili?kasi may explanation yan, may mga clauses na kailangan mafullfill bago Gibain. May legalities. Kasi Hindi Lahat ng chismis Totoo. Para sa mga nagttrabaho sa makati, ortigas, bgc ideal sila magcondo. Subukan ninyo sumabak sa traffic ng 2 to 3 hours one way. Titira ka sa outskirts ng manila? Good luck. Baka sa traffic kappa tumanda, or worse ma tepok In the end, Kanya kanyang taste yan. Priorities. Both has pros and cons. Hindi porke napili mo mag house and lot e good choice na. I’ve tried living in both and I am happy living in a condo. Accessibility and security for me is more important. Do I miss living in a house? Hell yes.
