USUALLY YUNG MGA INSTANT POWDERED JUICE DRINKS DITO AY MATAAS SA SUGAR. YUNG MGA SUGAR FREE VERSIONS NAMAN AY SOBRANG MAHAL.

IF U REALLY HAVE A SWEET TOOTH TRY EATING FRUITS N LANG, MAY SUGAR CONTENT DIN PERO IN MODERATION NAMAN. TRY DOING A AUTHENTIC REAL JUICE DRINKS USING REAL FRUITS.

In addition to this, since uso uso ngayon yung GREEN ICED TEA which claims na it is green and it promotes weight loss but all the same, it has sugar, balewala rin.. if u want to drink tea, yung nasa tea bags na lang or pure dahon ng tea... mapait at first but u will grow fond of it as u make it a habit...

Avoid iced tea.. it contains a lot of sugar..  it's a misconception that you're better off with iced tea than soda.  You should even avoid diet soda.

It's a big NO NO to have bottomless iced tea when you dine out.

Go for water..

Hmm... ano daw? Maybe I get to miss that...

what i meant was that sa quantum physics, maski madaming math and math is an exact science, there is no such thing as an exact thing sa quantum physics...

kasi the factor of probability ay kasama sa mathematical computations needed to do quantum physics.

In other words even mathematically and logically and through exact computations, total control is an illusion...

O/T -- yup and that's what makes it exciting, the infinite and the immeasurable aspect of science... my friend and former classmate studies something like that sa Japan ngayon.

hahahahahahahahahaha!!! nice try...

but more of the theories of quantum physics comes not from einstein kasi actually galit na galit yan sa principles ng quantum... naniniwala si einstein that the factor of probability is only an indication na hindi alam ng isang tao ang lahat na dapat nalalaman tungkol sa topic... hence his favourite phrase, "God does not play dice with the universe..."

however the main principle of quantum physics comes from sina heisenberg as seen in his uncertainty principle... which states that:

A quantum object's location is easier to acertain as its speed comes to the point of immeasureability as directly related to the more an quantum object's speed reduces to absolute zero, the more obscure it is for an observer to ascertain its location...

this is a weird law that governs the reality of very small quantum particles... something that is totally against all that we know of traditional physics...

In retrospect to building a model body, the more answers we find to answer our questions, the more questions we'll make based on our answers... :D hehehehheheheheheh...

Monday

Squat 5x5

Ramping weight to top set of 5 (which should equal the previous Friday's heavy triple)

Bench 5x5

Ramping weight to top set of 5 (which should equal the previous Friday's heavy triple)

Barbell Row 5x5

Ramping weight to top set of 5 (which should equal the previous Friday's heavy triple)

Assistance: 2 sets of weighted hypers and 4 sets of weighted sit-ups

Wednesday

Squat 4x5

First 3 sets are the same as Monday, the 4th set is repeating the 3rd set again

Incline or Military 4x5

Ramping weight to top set of 5

Deadlift 4x5

Ramping weight to top set of 5

Assistance: 3 sets of sit-ups

Friday

Squat 4x5, 1x3, 1x8

First 4 sets are the same as Monday's, the triple is 2.5% above your Monday top set of 5, use the weight from the 3rd set for a final set of 8

Bench 4x5, 1x3, 1x8

First 4 sets are the same as Monday's, the triple is 2.5% above your Monday top set of 5, use the weight from the 3rd set for a final set of 8

Barbell Row 4x5, 1x3, 1x8

First 4 sets are the same as Monday's, the triple is 2.5% above your Monday top set of 5, use the weight from the 3rd set for a final set of 8

Assistance: 3 sets of weighted dips (5-8 reps), 3 sets of barbell curls and 3 sets of triceps extensions (8 reps)

mga tanong:

1) bkit ang may squat dun sa 3 days ng training?

2) anong goal ang ma achieve ko pag ginawa ko ito?

3) nababagay ba itong program sa akin?
