Guest Leviticus
Hi guys! I just have an innocent question: :headsetsmiley: Which Microsoft OS is the most stable and of course, most reliable available? According to a friend of mine, it's Windows 98, Second Edition. Is this true? depends on the hardware. but the most stable MS OS is XP sp3 Quote Link to comment
Google
Hi guys! I just have an innocent question: :headsetsmiley: Which Microsoft OS is the most stable and of course, most reliable available? According to a friend of mine, it's Windows 98, Second Edition. Is this true? for me its Win Vista. Win XP SP2 comes in at a close second. Win98 SE i think is the most unsecure Windows OS. Google
question lang po, nag download ako ng mga maps sa yahoo. The next day, nung binuksan ko yung computer, sa screen it says missing driver or corrupt. Na virus kaya yung computer ko? most probably, hindi na virus ang computer mo.probable cause is that hindi complete ang installation nung maps mo, or may incompatible files or DLLs. Google
IC. Thanks for your reply guys... What about Windows 2000? Is it better than Win98 SE? Windows 2000 is an upgrade to Windows NT, is used on a server or an enterprise level. definitely, its more advanced than Win 98 SE.but also take note that all operating systems, be in jurassic like Windows 95 or advanced like Windows Vista or even Linux and open source software need frequent updates and patches so it could work on an optimum level. Mr. Zygote
musta sa mga IT expert natin dyan, anybody can answer. Is it possible to penetrate ur computer if they know ur IP address? if so, pag naka ON lang computer mo or kahit naka OFF pero naka plug ang net connection mo? thanks Quote Link to comment

TidusJanus
Hi,experts! I need help with my Lenovo y410 laptop. Recently, it's been shutting down on its own while I'm doing certain things. It has MS Vista Home Premium OS. I have NOD32 antivirus and have already scanned my computer and there is no virus. Now, the particular times that it shuts down (as automatically turns off without reboot) are: *When I scan for viruses*When I watch videos (first was with VLC then I used Windows classic media player to watch an RMVB anime file)*When I searched for updates for Vista using the Windows Update feature*When I tried to boot from the my windows CD to fix the problem More often than not, this happens mostly when I watch videos and scan for viruses. I've already checked my fan, (i don't think there's any dust accumulations there yet since this is a newly bought computer. I gets hot fast but it's always been like this. It's only now that I've had this problem. Heck, sometimes it's not even hot yet but it still shuts down on its own when I watch a video. Please help me,guys. Please PM me or reply here. Thanks! Pinoymale
Whenever I plug my flashdisk into the desktop USB port, I frequently have problems with safely removing it. The computer keeps telling me that "the device cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device again later." I often have to shut down the pc just to remove the flashdisk. Is there a way to fix this problem? Quote Link to comment
Pinoymale
Follow up to my question: Would either my pc or the flashdisk be damaged if I just pull out the flashdisk? Quote Link to comment

Is it possible to penetrate ur computer if they know ur IP address? if so, pag naka ON lang computer mo or kahit naka OFF pero naka plug ang net connection mo? thanks opo pede pong ma-access and computer mo if they know your ip address and thats why its recommended na meron kang anti-virus na may network threat protection. pero like anything else in this world nothing is impossible. kung gugustuhin kang ihack-mahahack ka talaga. pero just like a condom, added protection lnag talaga ang mga ito and will make it harder for them to iinfiltrate your system.
