mong23
i love this place! sobrang linis, food is great, lots of places to shop, at lots of eye candy girls! ang sarap pa maglakad dito pag gabi. Quote Link to comment
kanski
i love this place! ...at lots of eye candy girls! ... really? saan? i must be going to the wrong places. but seriously, i was dismayed at the lack of pretty girls the first time i went here. so i was glad to see more of them the 2nd time i visited. it could probably be due to the influx of chinese nationals, i dunno. if i were to rank the south east asian countries that i've been to in terms of pretty women, i'd say #1 is rp (ahem, ahem.. walang bias, promise). thailand, malaysia and singapore would follow in that order. i'd like to go to vietnam bec. i have this nagging feeling that they could fall in #2 right after our own. redblack
Actually had the chance to stay in one of the fragrance hotels, dami nakapila na pick up girls sa ibaba ng hotel, KAYA LANG...mukhang hindi mo tataluhin, kasi mga taga South Asia. unless mahilig ka sa sibuyas. Oh and the fragrance hotels are kinda cheap, P1,800++ ganon. Quote Link to comment
BONGPROVIDO
we stayed at the amara hotel. 3 star lang siya pero oks na din. Quote Link to comment
countrystyle
Yes, i think mas ok sa Funan. Ang Simlim parang Greenhills sa atin at kung nde ka sanay sa kalakaran e baka magoyo ka pa.. hehehe.. Better, try to visit yung IT Show sa Singapore. Quarterly meron sya.. next i think e sa June.. i've also heard negative stuff about simlim so a friend recommended funan.. pero mas mura pa rin daw talaga sa sim lim, wag lang mainitin ulo mo kasi baka mapa-away ka, at ingat din sa manloloko. siguro mas maganda kung medyo may experience ka na talking with singaporeans bago ka mag simlim i think that would help, hirap na kasi ang may language/cultural barriers. i was there nung may IT show! unfortunately didn't get a chance to visit the show. Anaheim
December is fast approaching and what better place to go for a vacation? Sunny Singapore! The last time I was in Singapore was 1993. I bet things have change in Singapore. I've read that there is now a Snow city themed attraction wherein you can learn how to ski or snowboarding! To those who have traveled to Singapore please share your experiences, where's the best place to dine, where to shop at bargain prices, best attractions you've seen so far. ako pala nag start ng thread na ito nuong 2004 pa hehe Here's my photo during my last visit to Singapore which is March 2008 http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz274/dcrjreloaded3/IMGP3183.jpghaving the famous Chili Crab at the Jurong Bird Park in Singapore http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz274/dcrjreloaded3/IMGP3181.jpgBlack Pepper Crab is also good but my personal favorite is the Chili Crab cuisine http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz274/dcrjreloaded3/IMGP3225.jpgat the Merlion statue, famous landmark in Singapore Two Intergrated Resorts to look forward to in 2010 1. jester911

Chiq
Thanks for your replies. Just got back from SG. Unfortunately, I had to fit all my itineraries in 4 days kaya ndi ako nakapunta ng Zouk. Tsk. But I did go to Clarke Quay to experience the nightlife in singapore. Pump Room yung name nung bar. Yeah I saw 'Clinic' there too - nice yung concept ng bar no? Puro wheel chairs ung upuan. Hehe! Tapos nung last night namen dun we went to this quaint lil bar somewhere along Orchard and Emerald Hill Road. Nice crowd. Nakalimutan ko nga lang ung name hehe! I did try the Chicken Rice when we went to the Night Safari. Okay lang. Not something that I would rave about. But what I did like was the food that we had in Esplanade Mall, name of the resto is "No Signboard Seafood". Excellent! Try it Quote Link to comment
