ravelight Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 i used to have a 42-inch waistline...now its 30 inches...i run 5 days a week for 30 minutes covering 5-6 kilometers, do core training and weights, and as a warmup do 200 situps, and another 200 situps for winding down... tough but great results...hey, did i say i'm over 40?
