    i still dont see much charging areas sa manila ah...unless im proven wrong? usual route ko is manila/pasay/pasig lang e. i saw charging na sa MOA though

    until there really becomes more office jobs and opportunities in other regions, i still say the best place to live is Manila why? you will probably work there. why commute for three to four hours, stuck in traffic. or "convenient case": why rent a condo, but also have a home? it gets tough, kaya Manila talaga for me

    parang cheap na mga sahod ng web developers ah...i can never get to break the six-figure ceiling, always up until P80,000 to P90,000... i think devops or software architect might be better

    i'd say SM north edsa. back pre-pandemic, merong mga UV na diretsong SM north. ngayon, di ko na nakikita? meron lang mga edsa carousel or LRT-MRT combo

    di ako sure if "easy money" talaga, but there are sites na sasagot ka lang ng survey kahit mema lang, tapos they give you like 100 points. kada 10,000 points, 100 pesos ata na pwede mo iredeem dami nun...not sure lang if that's easy money since the surveys are so boring lmao

    use international brokers (IBKR). it's technically like etoro, but more official. etoro is just for PH (and i think other south east asian countries). IBKR is being used by PH and singapore and internationally check mo lang sa phinvest sa reddit, may makikita kang tutorials

    anyone know how to commute to ayala malls by the bay? is it really just a bus? is there lots of people there nowadays? looking for some place less crowded cause MOA is crazy
