i was able to remove my belly by not eating hahaha. parang 500 calories lang ako everyday (for me, one week is -1 kg), and boom. no more belly in about two to three months so yeah, less calories in, more calories out it felt like hell though. make sure you're not working too much hahaha your mind feels like mush kapag walang pagkain
