problem with that @chessboxin is not accommodating your work. 14k for condo, sure, pero commute ka everyday to work ba, or wfh? commute is P2k if you're trying to do bus and lrt lang. more expensive if car. this'll suck if salary mo is around P40k, kasi nearly 50% na going to rent & commute. less to save, kasi the next amount is groceries and if you try to save on commute by staying at home all day, is that really life hahaha

im surprised no one is talking about TEL or its competitor GLO. telecom sector (kind of). they both used to be "the top" and people'd pay premium for their shares. now they both have plummet. TEL because controversies apparently in their budget, while GLO due to haters of gcash among other things hahaha. and yet for a future perspective, wouldn't this be good? or have the PH finally gave up on these two? -
