Guest k....
You worry too much. if that was the case, then orange and lime flavors would have not appeared in some creatine products.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> right. my mom's a chemist, sorry. it runs in the blood. hahah. Quote Link to comment
TEQUILAJOE
Im taking ripped fuel extreme right now and im working out 3x a week. On the insturctions it says that you should take 2 capsules a day pero diba american dosage yun? My friend said that for asian standards i should always take half of what the recommended dosage says dahil nga american standards yun. I am currently taking just one capsule a day pero my body says i can take one more. Should i follow my body or just the asian standards? Ayaw ko lang magsisi sa huli. Quote Link to comment
Olympus
have you heard of Louis Cyr, John Grimek, Eugene Sandow and Charles Atlas? au contraire, most old skool bodybuilers were roided-up freaks.... who train 3 or 4x a day... ouch.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Link to comment
Olympus
Get your diet clean first. Honestly, if your diet is good, you won't have to deal with these supplements. One capsule a day would work fine. Even if you take the prescribed dosage but your diet is crap, you'll never get the results. Im taking ripped fuel extreme right now and im working out 3x a week. fatal1ty
hi. any questions regarding supplements, u can ask me. i'm into nutrition sales as of the moment here in abroad. Quote Link to comment
fatal1ty
ok. i'm not saying i'm a senior or feeling senior in this field. let's say this has been my job for almost 5 years now. exposure to popular and unknown brands made me knowledgeable plus facing these fitness enthusiasts (mostly from different nationalities) experienced users everyday all added to know which product works best or not. to make it simple (i don't want to go deeply into chemistry ), there has been no findings that taking creatine with citric acid would interfere in its effectiveness or might cause some side effects. popular brands like betagen and celltech all contains citric acid. there are rumors that if u mix creatine with orange juice (it has citric acid), it will degrade creatine into creatinine which is said to be the cause of kidney failure. if this were the case, creatine would never survive in our stomach which is much more acidic than citric acid, right? so, i would say, this is a myth (i'm a myth buster, lol). for best effect, i would recommend taking glucose (a.k.a. dextrose) over fruit juices. This will cause a small insulin spike that will help to get the creatine across the cell membranes more effectively, where it is usable by your body. tips: first 5 days, 20 g, after 5 days, take 5 g/day as maintenance. after preparing, consume immediately because creatine degrades very easily if its exposed in air. remember, do not exceed this recommended dosage. also, just a word of advice, don't think that the more, the better. don't believe brands that offer higher amount of creatine. it has no clinical evidence. they just want to sell their products. it's not about the figure that counts, it's the right amount. as long as the product contains 99% pure pharmaceutical grade Creatine Monohydrate powder, it shouldn't matter. hope this helps. Your photo shows you already lean and ripped so I have to ask. How much leaner do you want to be? If your looking into competing then thats another story. You can never be too lean or muscular, but you'll go broke paying for the steroids to reach that unsustainable Mr. Olympia look. As for your question about Asian or American dosage I believe this boils down to weight. I've placed a statistical sampling below for your review. As far as I can tell Asian and Americans avg. weight is about 20lbs. heavier, but Americans tend to be taller by 2 inches. So with the added bone mass, tissue, etc. etc. You probably have a difference of 15lbs. You have to ask yourself if that justifies droping your dosage to 1/2 the recommended amount. avg. white racehttp://www.halls.md/chart/men-weight-w.htm avg. asian racehttp://www.halls.md/on/men-weight-o.htm Quote Link to comment

dj_flip03
Dude, I used to take Extreme Ripped Fuel. Effective sya. I lose 20 lbs in three mos. Pero it's best if you take the proper diet. So far ang side effect na nakita ko is nagka pimple ako sa likod ng marami. And if your taking the supplement avoid coffee coz baka sumobra ang caffeine mo. After finishing a bottle tinigil ko na kasi na reach ko na yung goal ko and ang ginagawa ko lang is maintenance. Take only one capsule an hour before workout. And kelangan may cardio workout ka. See ya, bro! Im taking ripped fuel extreme right now and im working out 3x a week. spitzky
whey is probably not d best choice for meal replacement... i need something with casein... whey gets absorbed way too quickly, so its ideal after training but not for a snack Quote Link to comment
