Civis Vtec is good compared to other brands.  If u want a car for practical reasons then buy those 1.3 models like the vios, jazz, and Picanto.  Picanto is the most thrifty and the best buy for cars in this category 300th+Pesos  Jazz is cool and has more pogipoints but it's pricetag is much higher.
