I'd say that we should look at the new hyundai elantra. It offers a more affordable alternative to the toyota and honda sedans especially in terms of functional and safety features. Also hyundai's rise in overall quality has been recognized in the US in most surveys and car review institutions.

What is the most practical new car? in the 1.6L class, Civic, Altis, Sentra, Optra, Mazda 3, etc.

I think mine is not a practical one. I have a ford focus 2.0 and i only drive from eastwood to makati for office and it's always traffic in c5. gosh ang lakas sa gasolina. but in long drive, hmmm sulit sya....
