intermittent fasting works if u limit calorie intake when you eat.

 

best ive seen are Slow Carb ( lots of water, no starch substitute beans/legumes for rice, bread etc, high protein high fiber, no sugars 6 days a week then one cheat day)

 

and tracking macros ( they have apps for this )

In my case, I have not been consciously limiting my calorie intake.

 

In fact, panay buffet kain ko ---- no restrictions on quantity nor on the type of food.

Involve your doctor in your weight-loss efforts

Always know what you put in your mouth and what its supposed to do.

 

Update your knowledge about nutrition, learn new healthy easy to make recipes, know how to properly do your groceries.

 

A lot of people go on a crash diet ng di naman inaaral mabuti kung pano. Tapos after one week, magkakaroon ng craving, tapos balik sa dating kain.

 

Reward yourself from time to time, so you do not feel deprived.
