true... ive posted an article on this somewhere in this forum...

 

2000 calories of sugar will make u fat

2000 cals of protein will make u seeexay!

 

pero di ba u also need complex carbs when u want to bulk up on muscles? glycogen for energy?

 

ako, i followed south beach to shed 20 lbs in 2 mos...then after that, i went to low glycemic, complex carbs-protein-low fat diet...and it seems to work well...m still losing weight while building muscles.

 

i read somewhere that unsat fat like olive oil is in fact good, so long as it's in moderation...

 

anyways, to each his own. what works for me might not work for everyone.

that was just an oversimplified example ok? hehe...

yun unsaturated fat is good for u (olive, canola, fish oils)

 

of course if u wna bulk up, ul need lotsa complex carbs :thumbsupsmiley:
