Mahirap daw pumwersa kc wala pa akong tulog. Nung nagaaral pa ako, usually before going to school, matching pahilot ng mga kumikirot na muscles sa ex-gf ko...hehehehe!I think incomplete ang instruction ng pt. If evening shift ka, dapat your pt advised you to adjust your sleeping sched para mag adjust ang body clock mo and hindi ka mapuyat. Then you can lift normally. Quote Link to comment
