Make sure your liability for any damage caused by the driver gets minimized or otherwise sagot ni driver yung ibabayad mo... Standard checklist na rin para may documentation kayo ni driver kung ano iyong kondisyon ng sasakyan kapag turn over sa kaniya Gadgets you will probably need some kind of GPS tracker, those usually need an active sim card as well. Not sure if mayroon ng remote immobilizer sa Piinas Documentation you also have to be careful, baka mahabol ka for data privacy issues. This goes back to the contract. Best to have lawyer go through each section carefully
  3. Thinking of going for Sogo Dau. Hopefully it's at least as serviceable as the ones in Metro Manila. We stayed at Winds Botique Hotel back in 2020 shortly before the pandemic. The place was nice, but thanks to my experience in another hotel, I really want a room that has a lot of mirrors haha
  4. Depends on your emergency fund, cash flow, and risk tolerance... if you're ok with the first two and you're aggressive, I'd go with pay both monthly so you can already sell the rights or go assume balance if you're already comfortable with the profits of the H&L. Para kang nag unconventional high interest savings haha
  5. Not legal or financial advice but basically 1. Better if pa pre compute niyo kay BIR o tax professional para walang lugi whether seller buyer o gobyerno. Good luck sa inyo
  7. If you're comfortable with the free cash you have after factoring in your emergency fund and short and long-term payables, then yes Just like last year, I bought a pretty expensive gadget but cash was really an issue so I used my CC with really low installment interest. This year I bought another gadget but my cash position and cashflow were much better so I paid one lump sum
  8. Unfortunately you might have to do a bit of digging not just on the internet but maybe through phone if not in-person query. Last time I did TD not all banks had their rates posted. Back in 2017 I wanted to do a TD but very few banks had their rates up so I went with Sterling Bank of Asia because they had the best rates posted online...
  11. Moral hazard... also you will still end up having to do your own research on whoever you will be copying. Just be willing to invest only as much as you're willing to lose
  12. Mahirap kapag sabay sabay unless established brand ka na tapos isang malaking puwesto agad kukunin mo. I haven't seen anything offering all 4 of the products you mentioned. The closest would be sa mga mall na may supplies and grooming. #1 (supplies) might be the best way to go. Kung mag #2 ka kaagad (grooming) you need more skilled employees which would add to your overhead. At least for supplies your staff should just know how to sell ethically and they should know the products kahit papaano. Once #1 is established, you could try talking to your customers and find out what they're looking for in terms of #2. #3 sounds kind of risky because you're already venturing into the dining industry, which can be brutal. A lot of pet cafes from the past 5 years are gone. #4 might be the riskiest, you would need well trained staff and facilities, mahirap if manakawan kayo Good luck!
  13. Junk shop. Unsexy but the money can roll in if you know how to make it work. Bonus points if it can run without too much of your attention...
  14. Depends on your risk tolerance and time horizon. PH is a developing country so there's a lot of potential for growth especially given the population figures. But. That goes with the issue of how long it will take for PH companies to grow. As for Canada, I am not too well versed but they seem to be stuck in some kind of middle to high income "trap". And they need a lot of people. I would say PH but you could try Canada especially so liquidity will not be much of an issue.
  15. dipende sa risk tolerance mo. kumbaga blue chip na sila bitcoin at ethereum. kung aggressive ka puwede ka sumubok sa iba pero wild west talaga iyan. kaya sinasabi nila lagi na do your own research. good luck boss
