airport-noo
If you're trying to lose weight, do it before breakfast so you'll burn more fat in a fasted state. This is based on a study that compared 2 groups that trained before and after breakfast. Feeding them a high-fat / high-calorie diet, the group that trained before breakfast did not gain weight but the group that trained after breakfast gained weight. Quote Link to comment

Edmund Dantes
Come to think of it, the time of the day has got nothing to do with it. Pick at time when you have less distractions, you can fully focus, and you do not need to rush. This is how results are achieved. Ako since di morning person at nagmamadali pa sa trabaho, gabi talaga for me. Quote Link to comment

marky.angeles
Any opinions or suggestions? What is an ideal time to hit the gym considering one holds a regular eight-hour job? Is it advisable to do so before or after one's work schedule?Me, I do it after work. Para pagtapos ng shift, super tired na Quote Link to comment

Nemo Outis
This seems to work best for me: weight training in the morning before breakfast and before work, 5km run in the evening 2 hours after a light and easily digestible dinner. Quote Link to comment

ades14
Early morning if it's for weight loss para mabuhay ang iyong metabolism. If di kaya mag tagal sa umaga best is 30min to 1hr cardio tas gabi kayo magbuhat ng benga. Quote Link to comment
