abaddon__xx Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 From experience, I'd say it depends on the kind of workout you do. Cardio's a very effective way to Jumpstart your system when done in the early morning. Weights and heavy lifting are best done at night or at the end of your day, right before dinner.
