For me, tumatayo na lang ako sa pagkakahiga kasi kahit anong pilit ang gawin ko pag hindi talaga ako makakatulog walang mangyayari eh. Nabasa ko na mas ok pa na bumangon ka na muna then read something or maybe do a light exercise. For me, corny as it may sound drinking milk before going to sleep works, saka at least I'm getting my fair share of calcium and other minerals by doing so B)

nothing beats sex.. for some reason sarap matulog afterwards..

 

pero pano kung walang partner (PM me.. need help here... haha :D ):

1. stop thinking.. empty your thoughts..

2. listen to my coldplay albums.. auto repeat all

 

hmm... ill try nga one of these days yung heavy breathing and counting from 100 to 1 (ZzZzz).. that might work.. it seems like the zen meditation which i have done before..
