pinaka effective is i dilat ang mata hanngang antukin ka!

 

meron ako ni research ayun sa mga scientist! eh pinaka epektib ay

 

mag suot ng mejas at inum ng 1 glass of warm milk!

effective siguro yung pagsusot ng medyas kung nasa colder climate ka, pero kung sobrang init tulad dito sa pinas eh lalo kang mabubwiset sa medyas mo, unless meron kang aircon sa kwarto mo ;)

For me, tumatayo na lang ako sa pagkakahiga kasi kahit anong pilit ang gawin ko pag hindi talaga ako makakatulog walang mangyayari eh. Nabasa ko na mas ok pa na bumangon ka na muna then read something or maybe do a light exercise. For me, corny as it may sound drinking milk before going to sleep works, saka at least I'm getting my fair share of calcium and other minerals by doing so B)
