irishgirl Posted July 27, 2005 Share Posted July 27, 2005 chikiting pako ko non pero i distinctly remember they were going to record the rattle and hum concert by karaoke and mic lolz... and they were so surprised that i know all the songs... fave ko pa ung party girl ng u2 hahhaha... they were in their early teens na noon mga 15 up lolz... and my fave line " this song is not a rebel song, this song is about sunday, sunday bloody sunday" hahahhaha... rocker pa si toto noon tapos si amy grant christian singer pa.. lolz.... uso din ung tretorn na may mga sulat lolz and neon colored sock to shirts lolz... tapos ang lakas ng show ni pepe pimentel sa channel 13 lolz... tapos i remember my parents going to this pag ibig fellowship... BIGBANG sa alabang!!! kelngan lahat ng freebies sa mc do and jollibee meron kmi.. tapos fave ko ung little pony and friends lolz... si arsenio hall namamayagpag pa.. at ang kantang pambansa eh blame it on the rain ata not sure if this was 80's or early 90's... tapos serg pa ung chocolate noon... Hulk Hogan was the undefeated champion, andun pa sina Macho Man Randy Savage, Jake the Snake Roberts, Hacksaw Jim Dugan, Andre the Giant (RIP), Ultimate Warrior (what happened to him?), Ko Ko B Ware, Junkyard Dog, Ravishing Rick Rude, Mr. Fantastic Paul Orndorff, Bobby (the Brain) Heenan, the Hart Foundation... and I didn't know it was all fake!!! Family Computer and the NES. Geez I still have the tapes. Too bad sira na yung unit ko. Notable games are Double Dribble, Punch Out, Double Dragon, Super Mario Bros... New wave was the "in" music. Who could forget the Duran Duran-Spandau Ballet rivalry, Tears for Fears, The Cure, the teeny bopper Madonna years, when Michael Jackson was still black, and the fashion sense was really really terrible. Wala pang dibidi bisidi pirates sa Greenhills Shopping Center at Virra Mall and they had upscale theaters each. I remember watching Return of the Jedi and Superman III there. TV. Manok ni San Pedro, TODAS, the immortal Iskul Bukol, Going Bananas (opened my eyes to sex hehehe).
