Basta pare, i-set lang natin.. Wala akong Spree na autograhed card.. Some are rare as well.. First.. this is his #1 Die Cut card from Score Board.. Second, is his UD3 Rookie Portfolio, seeded at 1:144.. Third, is his Level 3 SP Authentic Profiles Die Cut, #d 8/100..(this card is actually worth $100).. Fourth is his Ultra Heir to the Throne (just look at this pic, one of my faves).. Tapos they will sell this at X20 to 30.. depende sa rarity.. kikita sila ng around Php200 to Php300 usually per card.. But minsan talo din.. kapag natulog yung card na yun sa kanila ng matagal.. Meron ding collectors dun sa Courtside.. but siguro more than 3/4 dun ay "smackers.." You can still get good deals there sometimes.. But don't expect that this is a cheap hobby (coz gone are the days of Php80-100/packs).. You will have to spend more than the usual.. more than what you were spending on cards in 1996-2000.. I hope you visit Courtside on Saturdays.. para meron ka malaman kung saan nila nakukuha yung ibang cards nila at para maka-diretso ka na doon.. Every other week ako kadalasan na andiyan and just stay there for about 3 hours.. tignan yung mga binder tapos tanong kung magkano or yung mga bagong balita sa hobby.. syempre tawad ka dapat.. but it helps din na kilala na ako at yung iba dun alam ko din kung saan galing yung card na kinuha nila.. I worked before sa Robinsons Savings Bank from 1997-2000.. sa Galleria.. Kaya yung mga card shops dun Alternate Realities, Collectors Guide, at Filbars.. Ako usually nauuna na kumakapa.. Syempre, minsan wala pang 10AM.. kapag dating nung cards ako na nauuna eh.. Kaya dami ko inserts dito sa bahay eh.. Lahat tindera dito kakilala ko.. Lalo na yung nasa Collectors Guide.. Teritoryo ko ito noon.. Until I stopped working sa Ortigas.. Sa Robinsons talaga ako madalas noon.. But I also go to Courtside Virra Mall (bago nasunog ang Virra) para kumapa ng patago.. kapag hindi nakatingin yung ibang mahihigpit dun.. Alam nyo kasi before, kahit minsan hindi mino-move yung cards kuha ko eh lalo na kapag Upper Deck kasi nasa likod lang inserts, autos nun eh.. Sabi nga ng mga iba kong friends may sa demonyo daw kamay ko eh.. Minsan nga kinapa na yung box ng iba kuha ko pa din yung rc/insert/auto na mahirap eh.. Swerte ako nun ke Duncan (1997) at Vince Carter (1998).. Nagkaroon pa nga ng cards minsan sa Olympic Gold/Village branches at National Bookstore.. Syempre kaniya-kanya na nun.. Ako nakana ko syempre yung nasa Robinsons Galleria tapos yung sa Sta. Lucia.. At yung iba na nadaanan ko.. pati nga yung Olympic Village at NBS sa Robinsons Cavite nakuhanan ko din eh.. Dito ko nakuha yung mga Legends - Epic autos ko tapos yung mga SP rookies nina Jamison, Pierce na autographs.. Trade areas? Sta. Graded lang yan that were inserted in toppers.. #d to 250.. Mine is #d 1.. Kaya may premium.. hehe!!! But the problem is 8.5+ lang ang grade.. But honestly, wala itong presyo sa mga bagong Beckett.. even yung quarterly issue wala eh.. Hindi naman ito unpriced coz madami ang 250 pieces.. I would say na nasa USD15-20.. or even lower.. kasi ang mga insert ngayon hindi na masyadong HOT eh.. Quote Link to comment
