MRROUGHSEX
Agree to the max on sexy neighbors hehe. Starlets, models, kolehiyalas, entertainers, haayyy buhay condo. Thank you Lord. Condo supply is on the rise. I can't believe it's reached >Php100K per sqm already. Common na price na ung Php3M and up. There must be demand to justify the price. MRROUGHSEX
^ That's another thing, renting out condo is easier than a house. Quote Link to comment

blow_gobi
Condo for security, convenience and proximity to workplace. H&L for leisurely living away from the urban frenzy. Since I already have H&L and it will soon be fully paid, I'm going for a small condo unit next. Edited July 22, 2011 by blow_gobi Quote Link to comment
FrankMartin
mas preferred ko ang house and lot....nagde depreciate ang value ng condo unit magbabayad na lang din ako eh di bibili na ako ng sarili kong house and lot, magagawa ko ang mga gusto kong gawin without restrictions.. nakakatakot din kasi sa condo kung lumindol at sira or masira ang elevator katapusan ko na....di kasi pang long term tirhan ang condo Quote Link to comment
jonjon_2099
stayed in a condo for 6 mos.. not worth the price IMO Quote Link to comment
yrrah123456789
house and lot for me too. Quote Link to comment
leech
i prefer H&L over the apartment unit a.k.a condo units. peace! few reasons are:1. have a bigger lot/floor area with the price as the condo.2. same level of security (depends if your in a subdivision or village).3. dont have to pay for my parking space. barg
House and Lot. Hands down. Quote Link to comment
junix
absolutely house and lot. i have my own garden and garage...not to mention a putting green Quote Link to comment
MRROUGHSEX
Many prefer H&L but end up buying condos. The Fort has become a condo town. Makati has converted commercial spaces into residential condos. Megaworld, Ayala, Century, Eton, Cityland, SM etc all making a killing for appetite on condos by Filipinos and Koreans alike. Trump and Hilton were brought in by Century properties. Megaworld on other hand holds great view of Manila Golf Club. Sadly though, there wasn't a great master plan created that would have really built Taguig to a world-class city. Would have been nice to see Marina Sands type of development in the area. It would have also been nice if it went away from New York type of side-by-side skyscrapers. Quote Link to comment
hexagonzo
personally, i prefer owning a house and lot first. there's just so much you can do with an h&l that you can't with a condominium unit. Quote Link to comment
display name
Lot na may House preferably situated away from the city.. It should be overlooking the meadows or mountain range... Quote Link to comment

zero_cell
I prefer house and lot because of the space, but it would be nice to have a condo unit just a few minutes from my workplace. Edited January 3, 2012 by zero_cell Quote Link to comment
