Build A Model Body!

Recommended Posts

Pasuggest naman ako ano magandang program to build abs & reduce waist line, im 21 yrs old & talagang gusto magkaron ng built body

1. clean up your diet, Even if you are on the best program, if your diet sucks, you'll not make any progress. Some guys think that running for endless hours wil she away the fat, then you catch them munching on a pint of ice cream or donuts, absolutely ridiculous

2. How about dropping by Eclipse and avail of the free week trial? By then you'll have a program designed and you'll be set in the right direction?

duh... if you are already well-conditioned to run 1 hour everyday, and 2 hours or more on a weekend.. even if you munch on high calorie food it will not matter.. you will still burn more than you eat..

top rank endurance athletes lose weight faster than they are replacing it..

even I would panic sometimes because my weight drop is so fast due to high mileage running.. that i had to keep on eating every hour to retain my weight (or minimize my weight loss to no more than 1 lb per week)

you basically dont know what you are talking because you havent been to our shoes..

all you do is do some stretching, run for 1 kilometer, sit up and push up as you brag before... :D

see ladies and gentlemen.. that is what i'm telling you.. dont listen to so called Gym or Fitness Trainors, who knows nothing but THEORIES.. listen to real athletes who have been been there, done that..

REAL ATHLETE!?! that deserves a separate thread altogether... what is a real athlete... medyo out of tpic nanaman yan...

top rank endurance athletes will not eat pints of ice cream... no point in arguing about that with that point of reference...

AND YOU THUGGIE BOY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO OUR SHOES EITHER (wrong grammar ka... sinundan ko lang para di ka ma offense.. hehehe)

eating every hour is most likely the reason why you keep yer weight maintained or is coming down... yer body is sooo in tuned with a steady nutrient flow so it doesn't need to stock up... evidence of this is you probably s@%t it alot... and if YOU REALLY WANT TO BE SCIENTIFIC about it, have a fecalysis done, I'm sure your level of digestible fat and protein and carbohydrates are still relatively high...

Then again, if u eat bos indicus waste material for breakfast as i would asumme since that's all that ever comes out from your oral orifice whether it's self proclaimed or derrogatory, i wouldn't be surprised at all with yer weight loss...

Where's eclipse located and is  it really free? Baka mamaya sasabhn free then may hidden agendas pala madami kasing ganun eh & magaling ba talaga cla magbgay ng program and would give it for freE?

www.eclipsegym.com... click on the contact... I'll make you a deal, if and when there are hidden charges, I'll double up and pay your monthly fee for two months....

About if they are good... the director of the gym is the winer of his weight class in the bench press open and a former US navy pilot, one female coach is a record holder in her powrlifting class, the other a winner in the men's health physique challenge...

another coach was a former San Beda red cub and is also a powerlifting champion

Another coach was a medalist in his class in te TAP national Taekwondo championships and was a former trackster and basketball player in his high school days

Another coach is a CSCS (certified strength and conditioing specialist) and is also the strength and conditioing coach of a URCC champ.

For the members, more than 10 guys have already deadlifted more than 315 pounds raw without and suits or belts, have gained at least an inch in diameter in their arms

Most women have already lost at least 2 inches in a month of training

Curious? Just drop by and see what makes this gym different and experience class A training

And as you can see, the coaches are not just guys who got big or are med students, the coaches are also real athletes with lots of experience to share

iisa lang yan.. either si Equus din ito or si Olympus.. pero kung di man..parang awa nyo na.. wag nyo kame turuan ng mali..  :)

If you are going to step to me, I'm going ask you to step up. First I'm going to challenge you to a powerlifting competition and the first attempt for deadlift is going to be 200 kilos, followed by a 150 kilo bench press.

Then you and I are going to do a 5 k race, with a bunch of other things to follow. I can run it about 20 minutes right now....and I rarely do cardio.

You give tons of bad advice and act like you are the only "real" athlete around here. Dream on. A REAL athlete is a balanced individual.

A true endurance athlete does strength training with low reps to increase their stride length and power. Back in 2000 I was stashed with US Navy Seals and I had a chance to work out with them quite a few times when I was waiting for Aviation flight school. These guys routinely lifted using heavy free weights and did plenty of running...and routinely won marathons in their cities or regions.

If you want to accept my challenge, meet me at Eclipse in the next 3 weeks when I'll be available to embarrass cocky board members.

What is this nonsense now? 1 hour everyday and 2 more hours on weekend? Are you insane? That is going to cause severe overtraining....not to mention that you are prime example of why runners experience a 50% CHANCE of sustaining a career ending injury. Look up the statistics. The 71 year old I train was a runner until he was 50 but running ruined his mobility. Low-bar squats is what restored his mobility fully in 3 weeks.

The point of fitness is to have that sort of mobility, and your little endurance nuggets of wisdom....more like nuggets that float in the toilet....is exactly what messes people up for life. Haven't you ever heard of tendonitis? In 16 years of strength training I've never been injured where I couldn't train. Show me a 16 year runner without experiencing severe problems at some point, either chronic or acute, especially on your program, and I'll prove to you that the Earth is flat.

I don't listen to fitness or gym trainers either and I'm very picky about the ones I will deal with on my staff, but you are not exactly one to be dishing out the advice.

Smart runners run no longer than 5-8K, and that's only every other day in a periodized manner.

Nako away na ito.......

Mga kuya post kayo nga mga pics nyo to prove na model kayo on your respected discplines.....

Kelangan ko p bng magpost?

Everyone knows where to find me (at Eclipse 24/7 or Eclipse Express)....many of the readers of these boards have seen me in action. In fact, I prefer to train in front of our members. Leaders lead from the front, not from the rear.

ok, not putting any personal vendetta here, but for a guy who comes out of nowhere and starts bashing people and even getting personal, I don't think I'd wanna place my money on someone who is like a parrot who keeps saying the same things over and over again and adds insulting phrases to that... Do you think you can call that person a teacher?
