ponx_99 Posted October 13, 2006 Share Posted October 13, 2006 When ephedra wasnt banned yet I was able to use hydroxycut that contained this ingredient and whoah after 2 months of usage I lost about 40 lbs. Lakas talaga! Less appetite but damn headaches though. After time, due to busy years in med school I gained back about 25 lbs again and tried the recent diet pills available out there. All I can say is it doesnt come close to Hydroxycut of before. Nasubukan ko na kc lahat ng bagong diet pills ngayon e, is there anything new that can come close to what the old ingredients of previous diet pills na magandang gamitin? Fat burners will not do anything drastic if taken alone. Many people believe its a magic pill but its not. I know many people who are lean just by exercise and proper eating.
