Bazooka Joe Posted June 15, 2005 Share Posted June 15, 2005 yan ang hirap sa globe, pag may promo sila ng mga free units. puro out of stock naman. i tried to leave my number sa center a couple of times. but never got back to me.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> ako globe subscriber ako since '99. may good and bad experiences ako from them. sa good they gave me a free phone and made me a platinum member!!! ..hehehe :cool: you would probobly say na dahil plan 5000 ako. to tell you honestly. i got it when i have the plan 1800 lang and now because i have my SUN sim i lowered my plan to 500 and still a platinum member. sa bad, assh*le talaga ang service nila! maski platinum ako ala kwento! nawawala yung mga infos ng pinagusapan namin ng mga agents pag nag follow up ako! sabihin nila tatawag sila and they wont call you! yun rin isang reason kung bakit ako nag pa downgrade ng plan. anyway, im still keeping my globe coz alot of my friends, clients and relatives knows my number. yung sun pa barkada at chics nalang ..hehehe Quote Link to comment

I've tried complaining once, and they said they have to verify with their technical and they will need around 7 days time.Then after several follow-ups and 3 weeks, their customer rep is still asking me the same stupid questions they been asking me since day 1.
