question po, meron na here sa philippines available ang k750i? yung hindi sa Greenhills nabibili ah, yung sa mga Globe, Smart, The Hub, yung credible supplier? thanks in advance!

Para hindi OT: Sana you could give fair assessment naman on why we should give up Globe For Good and not just makeup stories that are meant to overkill :huh:

dude's meron ba tiga Globe dito? may problem ako regarding sa application ko sa kanila, nag apply ako line sa Globe last month pa and nag verify na sila sa work ko about stuffs and background w/c is i think credible naman, but it's taking them too long to render my needs as a subscriber, till now hindi pa din available and still for verification pa din last time i checked the branch I applied to last week. Help guys! thanks!

my advise, drop globe altogether. frends ko din sakit na ulo sa globe. although i cannot say smart will ease your concerns, at least, mababawasan, di ba? until we see sun improving their coverage (which for me has the best aftersales service), tyaga muna tayo

nope... hindi ako empleyado ng sun at hindi rin ako connected to any gokongwei-owned company... nagkataon lang nung nagsimula sila ng kanilang cellular service ay nagustuhan ko yung offer nila na consummable plans... malaki ang natitipid ko lalo na sa long distance calls dahil kasama sa consummable yun... kaya nag sign-up ako sa kanila... bago ako lumipat... globe user ako at minutes ang basihan ng free na kasama sa MSF (monthly service fee)... kahit hindi pa ubos yung free minutes mo noon... lalampas pa din ang bill mo lalo na kung tumatawag ka sa ibang bansa... :goatee: :goatee: :goatee:

 

what partial are you talking about... kung binasa mo ang post ko... malinaw doon na sinasabi ko from my experience... kung yun ang nararanasan ko sa serbisyo ng sun... why should i lie about it... besides i won't get anything by promoting their service... i'm just sharing the level of service i'm getting from them... if you're experiencing otherwise... you're free to choose any cellular provider... :hypocritesmiley: :hypocritesmiley: :hypocritesmiley:

curious lang ako: may naka-try na ba ng g-cash? kasi nanalo ang globe ng award dahil dito. or marketing hype na naman ba ito?

 

ows? what award? international award ba? g-cash is a lot like smart money sa tingin ko. di nga lang nag click yung smart money coz u still need the smart money card to transact. i personally dont know anwone who use or even tried the g-cash service. nag tanong na rin ako, the most common response is: parang dagdag hassle daw. mas convenient pa rin ang cold hard cash o credit card. globe is pushing for a cashless society, the way i see it. i wont be surprised if g-cash ties up with major banking establishments to interconnect transactions, if they havent done so already.

di lang ikaw dude.  dami problems with globe, either postpaid or prepaid.  about the only globe subscribers who dont experience problems are the platinum plan subscribers.  na try mo n b mag backread on this thread?

 

yeah.. this is true... globe gives all the vip treatment to platinum subscribers.... globe, to be honest is really overcharging their subscribers... the most expensive network... and i wonder if its really 1peso ey charge to their subscribers from textin to another network??? i think more than 1 peso... and how dey charge local and idd calls... too much... drop your globelines....

this is proof that the customers will benefit from competition. once Sun offered a consumable plan. Smart followed with Addict Mobile consumable plans and Globe with G-Flex.

ok na sana GLOBE eh, network and all pero sa service nila medyo mababa rating ko sa kanila.

anyway, kung sino mauna sa application ko between sa GLOBE or sa SMART, dun na ako. hehe!

i been using my sun for 3 months already so far ok naman,,,

i cant complain since ganun lang talaga binayaran ko and i dont really make a lot of calls.

so its not a hassle...

advice ko lang sa iba... choose your plan or type of network based on your usage... and not on popularity... why get a plan 500 sa globe or smart if ur not gona consume it anyway... parang yun griend ko kumuha ng plan 1200 sa smart di naman niya nauubos.. kumuha lang siya dahil mura daw yun handset. so basically your paying for the phone. and by the time matapos contract mo wala na rin value yun phone...

i guess same with globe ako na suckert na din ako sa kanila got a high plan and a free phone... pero di ko naman nauubos yun credit.. so sayang lang... better pa ako ngayun sa sun.. since they have the lowest plan. kung lumampas ako kunti lang at bihira lang...

 

but if u wana take ur pick...

GLOBE--- more priveledges if ur platinum

SMART-- better network coverage... but same as globe when it comes to pricing calls and services...

SUN-- same bad customer service as globe and smart pero i got 24/7 kaya ok lang...and did i mention they have the lowest plan.

Sigh... how true. Maganda na sana overall ang Sun pero pagdating sa customer service lacking.

 

Alin ba sa 3 ang may mabilis at efficient na customer service?

 

Im tired of hearing from customer care hotline that I need to "monitor your service in 24 hours" and "sorry for the incovenience" kahit na umaabot na ng 1 week ang problem ko!!!

 

Tapos no compensation pa sa tagal ng paghintay mo. Hanggang sorry lang :grr:

an experience happend to me just recently sa GLOBE, nag punta kami ng business center to apply for a new line, what happend is that nag lapse na yung 2 years contract ko sa GLOBE so I could have at cut and apply for a new line para mag avail ng bagong promos nila sa phone.

brought the necessary papers required, complete w/ original and photocopies as well. then after being attended by the service officer, he suggested that i cut the existing line that i have and apply a new line using the same account so that it would take less time for the processing. after this and that and filling up necessary requirements, all is set and done, he just told me that he'd call me once the phone I wanted was already available, after just 3 days of my application, they cut my line and that left me without a number, i was at the province at that time when I came back, I went straight to the business center i applied for and looked for the guy na nag assist sa akin at that time.

 

I told him that na cut na yung line ko, how come wala pang replacement sim and phone eh note ko na na wag muna i-cut till wala pa replacement. sabihan ka ba naman na "SIR AMININ KO PO SA INYO, NAWALA KO PO YUNG ITR AND APPLICATION LETTER NYO, PA SUBMIT NA LANG PO ULIT NG NEW SET" ano sa tingin mo gagawin ko sa kanya?

tuktuk mo sa ulo nya ang cp mong putol na ang connection....

 

wala na ako sa globe pero binibigyan pa rin ako ng sakit ng ulo. pinaputol ko na nga eh ung daw disconnection date umabot sa next cutoff date.. so bayaran ko daw dapat un, good as 1 month billing... so bottomline is magbabayad ako sa kanila for another month na d ko nagamit ang service nila.....ano ko bale
