kapitan jackal- my brother! You must back read some of my complaints pati na sa "which telecom provider gives you value for money". I have stated that I have 5 lines (at that time) and my total billing is 8,000 to 15,000 a month! Ako na nga hindi nga nabigyan din! :grr:

 

Pareho tayong hindi "Platinum" kaya ganun ang trato nila! :grr: :grr:

As usual pare, they think they don't need non-platinum subscribers like us. Sabay magaling na binago nila 211 system nila. Before the 211 was exclusive for balance checking and other customer service related subject, but they added something else na di ko na pansin- ayan over loaded din sila despite not having a 24/7 program yet.

 

Now the have it- mas lalo pa! :grr:

 

The worst part of this Smart and Globe offered their version of 24/7 to prepaid customers only. Leaving us post paid over charged! Reasoning that most of the postpaid are under contract. Ergo fix term. Di ganuon kadali kumalas sa kanila. para sa kanila pwedeng pwede tayo gatasan nang husto! :grr: :grr: :thumbsdownsmiley:

Pare advice lang, you should have a back-up kasi nga hilaw pa ang Sun. Pero am sure you'll realize some savings once you can persuade your ka-text and ka-call to have their own respective Sun sim.

 

there are times when its still hard to call and text using Sun. That's when you need your back-up.

true! 150 lang unlimited na ang text mo for 1 month.. if youre a heavy texter! 350 naman for 1 month if u like both text and call.. however... there are times it takes time for u to get connected.. but atleast, THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION!

When you say unlimited, it should be with ifs or buts!

 

Globe and Smart offers unlimited similar to Sun but with many conditions that can make your head spin!

Correct me if i'm wrong, did Sun reduced the unlimited call duration days from 10 days to 7 days for P100? Im a bit confused since all i know is that P100 24/7 is good for 10 days, i checked their site and it says for 7 days only

100 for 24/7 card may be for unlimited text and call and the other 150 is 24/7 for unlimited text for one month.

 

They still have the 250 unlimited call and text unlimited.

 

It's like giving people more choices either some prefer to spend only 150 yet want to enjoy unlimited text or all the way with 250 24/7 call and text.

the problem with sun is that smart and globe are "blocking" sun calls. I just experienced that today. my boss is on sun cellular post paid. he was trying to call me. i just textd him na lang to call me sa landline.
