eat complex carbs instead (pasta, wheat bread, etc.), these take longer time to burn... also, drink plenty of water (10 glasses a day) and avoid sugary drinks (iced tea, coke, etc...)  :thumbsupsmiley:

well thats one way to state it.....

complex carbs dont ilicit the same (elevated) insulin response as say, sugar

but most of the fat loss could be attributed to ephedrine... coz with caffeine, its one of the best fat loss products out there.... i wonder if xenadrine wud work as well w/o ephedrine...

I saw this product they're selling on the tv shopping network called abswing. Has anyone tried it? Does it really work? It claims to work out all abdominal muscles and isolates them so no strain sa back. Supposedly the work out you get is equivalent to working out in 6 different kinds of ab machines working the lower and upper abs and the obliques. It seemed too good to be true but I was really tempted to buy it....

Hi Bats,

be careful of these false propagandas being shown in home tv shopping.

it's just a waste of money. I will just end up in your closet collecting dust

after getting frustrated with it. :)
