ang hirap mag diet e, tried it for a week kinakian ko lang is bioled breast chicken walang lasa kaya ko naman tiisisn ang lasa e, kaya lang lakas makapang hina di ko kayang mag buhat kasi nanghihina ako at ang lakas magpapayat, liliit nga tyan mo magiging payat ka naman.

 

i want sana na diet na liliit ang tummy mo then mag gain ka ng muscle

Hindi naman kailangan na walang lasa yung kinakain mo.. ok lang adobo o tinola esp kung wala ka naman sasalihan na competition. Tanggalin mo lang yung balat. Pwede ka rin mag beef and fish..

 

Sa panghihina naman, kung low carb ang gagawin mong method na pangpapayat dapat may fat intake (flax, fish oil, olive oil, etc.) para dun kukunin energy mo kasi kung protein lang e manghihina ka talaga. Carbs na ok e kamote and brown rice... wag mo lang sasabay sa fats tsaka consume early in the day.

hmmm so it means other parts will get affected, so siguro nga papapayat muna ako just to remove the excess fat on my belly then saka na ulit mag gain weight training, problem with me kasi when i was on a gain weight program is ... hindi ako nagfocus sa abbs workout.

 

 

Even if you don't do direct ab training if you are doing the basic free-weight compound exercises, you will get your six pack if you lower your bodyfat. You need to do stregnth training ASAP while dieting nt diet down than strength train.

Okay i'L do that then, iL maintain/improve the same weights that i can lift while dieting. Thanks for the info Olympus :rolleyes:
