  1. although I prefer xbox 360 for its somewhat 'realistic' interactive games, I prefer playing with playstation when a game calls for a sword or a gun.

ang tagal dumating ng Just Dance 2015. October pa raw, hayst!

  2. For enterprise users who are focused on productivity the new tiles interface is a step backward. It is quite sad given that the new windows have performance tweaks such as improved booting and memory management, it is still shunned by office users because of its 'toy' interface.

best win8 app for me is Finance. with it, it's like subscribing to 8 newspapers, getting updated in stocks every hour (except when pse is closed), with handy money apps inside

  3. Cardio will do

before doing cardio, experts recommend strength workout, say 3 sets of 12 reps of the heaviest weight you can lift for your chosen exercise. after punishing yourself for 15 minutes (ok, 10 minutes for you initiates) of these, then you may go for 15-minute cardio

cardio before heavy sets? nah, they've got a ton of reasons why this is less effective.

  4. I don't know about this. I'm in my 50's but I've been with some people who are in their 20's who were having a more difficult time that me climbing stairs. Not that I'm in great shape. I'm not. But I'm surprised to see kids getting tired when I'm not even breaking into a sweat.

    Go figure.....

practice lang yan! go into aerobics or weights and climbing stairs is peanuts. 3 years ago after spending so many nights in clubs, i could barely climb stairs of three storey building. everytime i go to a bank, i use the ramp for the disabled. so i went back to the gym and now it's ok to drink without worries of difficulty in climbing

  5. Was wondering also.

Since pag beer belly na, matigas na siya.

Come to think of it, parang permanent na siya eh.

Thanks in advance sa mga mag bibigay ng tips. happy.gif

lalambot ang matigas na beer belly once you start making lifestyle changes: "eat less, move more"

i used to have a tough big beer belly too, but in two months' time of dieting and exercise (i started to weigh 192lb last november 11, now i'm 174lb), it softened up.

ang unang lalambot ay left and right love handles mo, then the abs (or in my case, ab) will begin to shrink. mind control lang tuwing nagugutom at nakakaamoy

ng masasarap. in my case, it's fear that my body readings (pronounced high in blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure) will get worse

well, you may indulge in one heavy meal a week, yung dati mong kinagawian. then get back to your resolution.

one thing i noticed, ang mahal magpapayat! hehehe. all those greens, walnut, kiwi, etc.

as for exercise, aside from dumbbells, i dance using ps3 and wii programs ("just dance 2014", "just dance 4", "just dance greatest hits"), then 30-minute run treadmill once or twice a week

  6. Any girls here in tagbilan. Will stay until tue

night life at tagbilaran is nil. why not stay at alona beach? it's alive at night and has a teenie weenie boracay atmosphere (fire dancing nightly at several spots, wining and dining at beachside bistros, some water activities, etc.)

my favorite place of stay is playa blanca. a 1k+ room can accomodate 3 to 4 persons, air-conditioned, with private bath and toilet. best of all, once you step out of your room, it's just a few steps away from the sea!

  7. It's an automatic for our group when we go to Aling Tonya's in Dampa... (Ortigas and Macapagal)

i suggest go moderate with seafoods with shells. don't get wrong, but i know 2 or 3 friends who overstuffed themselves with these kinds of food, and ended up half-crippled for life!

1 year ago i had this pain at my left elbow that refused to leave even after i made several trips to 2 ortho specialists and went thru painful exercises and heavy dosage of medications. somebody told me to stop eating 'seafoods with shells' and i did. pain was gone after a week.

sir tempest, there used to be a rosso resto infront of ang tunay na beef. is that still in business?

  10. May samsung Galaxy S duo na daw ah. Any insights on this dual sim phone? TIA

i am a satisfied user of Samsung Galaxy Grand, a wide-screened dual-sim with Galaxy 3 whistles. it's big enough to read kindle downloads, watch sharp videos and play countless android games. most of the time i use it to play 'DAILY STRETCHES' and 'DAILY PILATES' to prod and guide me thru exercises.

  11. what's crazy is that that's just the wifi version.

wifi+3G ipad 128 GB is about 929 dollars. might as well get a macbook air IMO

hindi sulit ang cellular units ng ipad sa pinas. you'll seldom get a good 3G signal para makapag-internet. and once you get a signal, it's usually a poor one and may not stay strong. some places along edsa will get you a strong signal, some places wala, so i suggest getting a wifi is much better. after all, you might have a wifi at home, wifi in your office, wifi where you dine out, etc.

  12. I miss rock climbing...

last time i did rock climbing was 20 years ago. we always bought our equipments at hk, then repeatedly climb rock faces in angono, rizal. my friend owned a mountaintop there. funny thing, the rocks there are loose, grabbing for support is really tricky. can't do it nowadays.

now being 30 pounds heavier, whenever i raise my leg i call it crunching.
