    I agree, this is really common not only in the workplace but also even to your relatives...they don't want you getting better than them..even to your friends bro, some of your friends don't really want your best interest at heart I say, cut off these people and avoid as much as possible though in the workplace, that is very much easier said than done!     well, i read in a research na I think pinaka optimal daw is sa hapon around 4-7PM kasi that's where the body is at its strongest...but if you push yourself hard and progressive overload I think any time would be a great time it's just a matter of routine....for me, I find mornings the best kasi para di ako maging lazy the whole day!

    Usually if you are winning or are betting big, women will flock you (this is always a given) it is not necessary walkers or pros but those are women na naghahanap ng "HIGH SPENDER" for the day, I am with my GF or mom usually kaya if may lumapit sa akin if manalo ako, I usually don't mind them, cash out and alis na sa slot machine...haha but ingat kayo, there are still a lot of TRANS WOMEN here! hahaha

    we stayed at the MARRIOTT HOTEL last Christmas bro, I will ask my sister if you really want to know but last time she told me it was around 16-18K she did not disclose the total amount (2 rooms) but MAXIMS is better in terms of room I have stayed as well there....my dad got a free room given to him by one of his close friends who is a high roller in this casino...
