    you just need to get better at the following compunds PULL UPS to WEIGHTED PULL UPS BENCH PRESS BARBELL OVERHEAD PRESS BARBELL BACK or FRONT SQUAT DEADLIFT (any kind but my deadlift of choice is using the HEX BAR which is easier not to fuck up, LOL)
