Be it running, cycling, rowing, basketball, etc. Anything that you can do for more than 15mins/3x week. Throw in a little weight training to keep things tone. Adding muscle will increase your metabolism and burn more fat. You will have a hard time showing that 6 pack without a proper diet and hydration. Yes, that means reducing our salt intake and no, beer isn’t a proper hydration solution. I know that’s a hard one to take, especially us Filipinos. Our food is delicious and having a cold one is the norm. I take a lot of vitamins and supplements and they don’t make me look like those guys posing on Flex or Muscle and Fitness magazines. But I am healthy and toned. If your goal is to look like them, then roids will be the answer. But that’s a short term solution with a lot of BAD side effects. I'm fortunate to live in the US. I never realized how expensive supplements are outside of this country. I do believe in taking them. Our lives are hectic and stressful and a good multi-vitamin should be taken as minimal supplement. I don't believe you can get all of necessary vitamins from eating alone. I could never digest 200 grams of protein each day from food without looking like a whale. Quote Link to comment
