For some you may say that it is an isolated case, but if it happens to you, i doubt if the consequences can be reversed. For me, never! Read the label carefully, most of the whey proteins being sold is the Whey Protein CONCENTRATE which is a LOWER grade of whey protein. ISOLATE is the best because it has a higher protein content than all the other kinds of whey protein. That is why isolate is more expensive and the concentrate and other whey protein whatnots are sold cheaper in price compared to the isolate. Thus, if you want to drink more in order to get the same level of protein, get the concentrate. Otherwise go for the top of the line of isolate. Be sure to read the label carefully because some whey proteins are mixture of isolate and concentrate to bring the price down. Quote Link to comment
