v_rhyan
choose which station fits your budget: station 1: class A establishments, dami personalities, in short expensive. station 2: class B hotels & restaurants, tamang-tama sa budget, near d'mall. station 3: class C mga restaurants & hotels, para sa short ang budget, malapit sa talipapa. karagdagan info: the best way to travel kung di ka nagmamadali is thru RORO from batangas pier to Calapan, then travel by land from Calapan to Roxas City, and RORO again from Roxas to Caticlan. Cost of travel is cheaper by 40% compared to taking a plane going there. added attraction is the sightseeing of the scenery in Mindoro. Quote Link to comment

Tayo na ba ulit? Nasunog ang buong talipapa early January. Sayang. Dito sulit ang bayad sa pagkain sa presyo at lasa. Pwede ka pa maghanap ng fresh seafood para paluto sa tinitirahan. dpac
What's the best plane + route we could take? How much would the roundtrip usually cost?Where's the best place (resort, villa or whatever) to stay na pasok sa budget namin? (preferrably around Station 1 or 2)How much would it cost us para sa accomodation? How much for pocket money should be alotted especially para sa food? How long would you reccommend us to stay there (first timers)? 3d2n or 4d3n? well if you'll go by plane you could take sea air sila ang pinaka ok ang price and you get off at caticlan so its nearer pero if your really in a tight budget you could ride a boat going to bora.. i just cant remember yun name ng boat but my friend owns the crew ship so we tried it as well b4 ... pero i suggest you take the plane since ive tried different ways of getting there just for fun with my friends .... the best is station 2 actually you could ask for gp's place since the place is nice na din its 1.k??? ata .. and airconditioned yun place with cable and stuff ... kaya ok na yun for 2 peeps yun .. what we did b4 was nag takas kami ng tao when we got in pero we stayed in bora penninsula ... last year i stayed there for 10 days and just had 8k for my pay in stay plus gimmiks and bisyo na yun in bora and tried sailing as well ... my 1st time there i stayed for 5 days and to tell you honestly bitin .. kaya after nun i always stay there at least 7days to a max of 14 days last year which was totally crazy and fun .... wild times in bora what happens in bora stays in bora .... floppydrive
Hassle ba kung Holy Week ako pupunta? Will I enjoy the place ba kung medyo marami rami yung mga tao?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> You will enjoy! Holy week is one of the peak times of Boracay. Lots of people to see, lot's of beach activities and promos (usually, Smart and Globe battle it out on the beach covering almost all events). It's your vacation, so enjoy Boracay! Eventhough there are plenty of people, the place can handle it. There are more than enough places to eat and hangout for everyone. Just note that when the restaurants are full, it takes a long time for your order to arrive (Holy Week 2001, it usually took an hour for the food to be served at three out of five places where we ate). Have a great time! Quote Link to comment

batibut
um pwede na ung pearl of the pacific. un lang alam ko eh tska un ung nasa budget<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, Pearl has one of the best beach fronts in white beach....but the service has deteriorated and the facilities haven't been maintained well. I stayed there with some friends last November. The rooms were small and smelled funny. The food was AWFUL! We got free breakfasts and dinner with our package but we only ate there once! Blech! Their bbq tasted like kerosene!  Mas masarap pa yung bbq sa tapat ng summer place! But the massages we got at the spa there were just heavenly! :hypocritesmiley:  :thumbsupsmiley: I hope they work on that place...its such a waste really! :goatee: :goatee: Edited March 30, 2005 by batibut Quote Link to comment

Will I enjoy the place ba kung medyo marami rami yung mga tao? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I went there this Holy Week...grabe ang daming tao! I won't go back to bora ng peak season! Kaloka! But I only spent 3500 for a 6 day stay...libre ni brother ticket...libre ni wins bahay...d mashado matu kasi sacrifice...tambay lang whole day sa boracay scuba (love you djila, luis and apo, giller)...napamahal lang ako dun sa practice poi! If you want to chillax on a budget...try baila, its a small bar sa D'Mall...enter between Cafe del Sol and Aria...ok yung margaritas (pink and blue)! to the left of the Andoks...black lights...hehe If you want to eat a lot on a budget...Smoke at the back of D'Mall...sarap ng food! (the locals eat there!) Cheaper than the restos sa strip...or mag chori or longa burger ka. Pinaka masarap na choriburger yung sa manang sa tapat ng summer place tapos yung champion na longa burger yung stall after that going toward D'Mall.... I loooooove bora!
