Basta ako I stopped na analyzing Pres. Duterte, nakakapagod, pabago bago ng salita. Hindi muna isipin ng mabuti at kung ano lang pumasok sa isip sa oras na yun eh yun na sasabihin. Nung nasa China, after bigyan ng red carpet treatment, pakitaan ng magandang pakikitungo, etc., bigla nagsalita ng I announce the separation from the US daw and will go with the ideological flow of China (or something to that effect). Meron pang China, Philippines at Russia against the world. Galit na galit akong nagpost sa facebook ko, sabi ko maka-Duterte ako pero yang sinasabi nyang yan eh reeks of arrogance, betrayal of public trust, etc. Bakit kako announce ka ng ganyan sa foreign nation na yung mga kababayan mo dito walang kaalam alam? Sa Russia at China ka kakampi sa mga angkin dito angkin doon? As in galit talaga ako. ”Since this is a very good plan, we will not only pursue this, but we will hasten its implementation and construction,” BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Vivencio ‘Vince’ Dizon said in a press briefing in Malacañang last Thursday.

Dizon said the 9,500-hectare Clark Green City project was conceptualized by the previous administration of President Benigno Aquino III.

”We salute the Aquino administration because this is a very good project. It was a brainchild of former BCDA President Arnel Casanova,” Dizon said.

He said the Clark Green City will help a lot in the long-term vision of the Duterte administration to decongest over populated Metro Manila.

”Metro Manila is one of the densest cities in the world. So the long-term solution to traffic and congestion is we have to build new cities where our countrymen can transfer,” Dizon said.

In line with the construction of the Clark Green City, Dizon said the Duterte administration has lined-up the construction of the Clark-Manila railway and a world-class new terminal building of the Clark International Airport.

The BCDA, under the previous administration, has partnered with Japanese and European investors to develop the Clark Green City.

He said the Clark Green City would create big number of jobs and opportunities because many private companies and even government offices will be enticed to transfer in the proposed new city.
