dexterl2000 Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 may loan akong narelease about 5 years ago, after the release, lumipat ako ng work, then paglipat ko, di na naasikaso yung payment dun sa said loan, til now di pa rin nababayaran yung loan, pero continous naman yung monthly contribution ko, can I pay it ng one time then apply agad ng loan ulet after the payment? So i will be on sick leave for about 2 months which I applied sa SSS. Are they going to deduct my balance sa salary loan with my sickness benefit? And how long po ang hihintayin ko to get my check? Thanks hello po! nope. your obligation in your salary loan will not be deducted sa sickness benefit mo. ginagawa lang yun sa mga final claims like retirement, permanent total disability or death benefit. about your check. may be it will take a month for you to received it but still it depends if there will be a problem sa mga documents or supporting pappers attached sa claim mo. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
