Falling For A Therapist - Merged Thread

Recommended Posts

And I don't agree that most GM who comes in Spa have low self esteem or a loser who can't get a intimate relationship with a girl outside the spa industry...

Same here Thugsoulja6g..

I think it's easy to judge or box people in stereotypes. But, to delve deeper and really find out why they do what they do at why they are who they are, will take time.

So, carry on my wayward sons. :D

Sir Lesluthor. what is your profession now? Are you by any chance an IT Director? Saw your post in Confessions thread....Hahaha...Looks like you dated a movie star before.

Anyway, i really don't see what the problem is. Kng c boy and girl ay parehong aware sa trabaho ng isat-isa, and they still choose to pursue a relationship, then by all means they should. Veterano na dn ako sa ganito, yes, I saw some relationships failed. But I also saw some that succeeded. In fact, 2 of my close friends are in relationships with women in this industry. One couple will probably get married this year after going strong for 5 years. So I don't agree with people who say we should look for relationships outside in the real world. Hey, this is the real world and therapists are women too that we all can easily fall in love with.

Hahaha..I did not think that confession will bite me in the ass....Am I an IT Director?Hmm...I invoke my right to self-preservation. Lol....Saying more will probably put me in a deeper hole.

Anyway, yes, the White Knight! That is sooo true. We often see theras/gros as damsels in distress in need of our help. I learned the hard way from previous relationships (I also had a GF before from Airforce 1, a top GRO from Darkbeat and a Top Thera in Midas) that if they leave the flesh trade business, it has to be their decision. It would only lead to more instability and cracks in the relationship if the girl was somehow "pressured" to get out of her "employment" and explore other more traditional job options. We can guide them, help them, but at the end of the day, they are their own women.

Totally agree. At the end of the day, they will have to decide if they want to leave the profession and pursue something else. Unfortunately, most theras are not like May. There are a lot more who never got to finish school which is why the circumstances drove them into the business in the first place. We all would like to help them but some of them don't have the confidence to pursue something else which is why they never leave until such time they are forced to leave.

That is true, not a lot of them has a degree like May does. Actually, I don't think I have met a thera who graduated with honors in college like May did!Ibang klase ka tlaga Ms May....I believe there are a lot of options. Apply in online casinos where face value is a premium, do small time business from capital earned are just some examples that come to mind...but the problem is, most of these options will not offer the "quick" money that being a therapist will. That is why it has to be their choice as they need to readjust their lifestyles accordingly once they do leave the industry.

yes! and we must also remember that the windfall that the top theras get on a given day can be comparable to executives (e.g. 6 guests at 2k/guest = 12K). that amount is huge and tax free at that. And they do that 6 days a week. The income they derive in a month is no laughing matter which is why they are really able to help their families. Sadly, more often than not, a lot of them don't have a lot of savings because most of what they earn is sent to their families. And that is why a lot of them hesitate to fall in love or leave the industry

Damn, it took me more than decade to hit that salary grade...Lol...and they do it now, some of them even do not have college degrees...I guess if they really do leave the industry for a guy, it's tantamount to true love. Imagine the lost revenue on the part of the theras.

that is true. maybe one thing we can do to help them is to teach them how to save, how to invest. their window of opportunity is very small and once that closes, they may fall on hard times again

Therapist salary growth and grade is big while they are young and beautiful (topping the charts) and goes down while they age.

This is the reverse of a normal professional who starts small (minimum) and gets higher upon learning new skills and getting promoted. (Executive/Manager level).

This is sad because if they don't save the money early they are lost and their future is full uncertainty. Most don't save getting hook on drugs, vices, gambling, callboys and luxury materials.

Most are hoping for the rich white knight, kabit or sponsor who will marry them or support them till they age.

Sadly they dont learn any skills or money management abilities doing this job and most of their savings are used up also by their family or bad investments.

sad but true..and the white knight / sponsor will eventually dump the thera kapag wala na yung physical asset nya...you can only be pretty and hot for a certain period. :(

All the more reason for our beloved theras to be smart with the way they handle their finances...

This is something that they are also aware of, which is why most of them have plans to also invest and start a business that they can sustain.

Exactly sir. Thus I do not desire a white knight. I am not closing my door to a GM-turned-lover, but the man has to understand that I desire a real long term relationship that is not based on his financial capability and second, his affections go beyond my pretty face. I want something lasting, it is cliché and too idealistic, but I want someone to grow old with someday. Someone who will love me wrinkles and all. I know this is strange coming from a thera, but on the contrary, I am in the perfect situation to assess men, given the fact that I am intimate with most of you due to my job.

Also, someone pointed out that a theras income is indirectly proportional to our age and looks. That is very true and I wholeheartedly agree. That is the main reason why I turned down a banking job. If I will be a thera, the best time is now while I am single, N-MILF and still desirable for males, our target market. My degree is not going anywhere. I will be carrying that proudly for the rest of my life. I can always apply and be a corporate person in 2 or 3 years time. I would only be 23 then, still at the peak of my youth with more than enough time to climb the ranks and earn promotions.

For now, I just need to sacrifice a little, get that capital I need for my business venture, then leave the industry for good. Hope to meet most of you before I call it quits. These exchanges are very enjoyable. :D :D

I open my self to her and tell my side. In our conversation I also advice her to think more than twice. Magka-iba kasi kami nung guy. Giving love advice to my Therapist. Ang Ganda talaga ng babae pag-inlove.
