xchinesebeauty Posted December 31, 2012 Share Posted December 31, 2012 had my depressions few weeks ago..sudden resignation...partners infedility...emotional tortures...degraded my personality... my conclusions, first listen to painful music dibdibin mo at iyakan mo ng todo todo, then go to praise/christian musics na puro pasasalamat...you will come to realize that you have to think more about your family, kasi ang dad at mom ko may sakit medyo na take for granted ko .. so you need a lot of transition sa buhay mo. now im still with job, buti na lang inabsorb ako ulet and i say sorry sa mga pagkukulang ko sa partner ko forgive and forget...then im creating myself a new me.  always give gratitude especially sa sarili mo. wag mo lang pababayaan sisirain ka ng negative conscience.
