richardahorton2015
ideally therapy/prescribed medication. short term - find safe space - space where you feel safe. distraction can help but only short term like gaming, tv, etc. exercise always helpful but needs mental energy to do. forcing yourself to do stuff you dont feel like doing makes doing stuff you dont like to do but have to easier in the future Quote Link to comment

3Js
1. Ask God for guidance. 2. Jog/go outside (it clears my mind). 3. Look at things one at a time. (Overwhelm fades when I tackle tasks step by step). 4. Always look at the bright side. 5. Always remember there is still time. 6. Life is supposed to be hard, Cuz if it were easy you'd never grow. 7. Remember that no matter what happens, God is with you. Quote Link to comment

I really should lessen ung reliance sa bisyo na to too get by. Though I will admit that it doesn't hurt much on my younger days compared to now...I still wonder why the older I get and the more I understand the current dating pool its even sending me further deep into depressionville. Remember that no matter what happens, God is with you. Giving yourself to a higher power is the first step as per tip 1 and 7. Self reflection is always going to be the only way to move forward as per tip 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is all up to you and you have to stop being overwhelmed by your depression. You have to take tip 6 into heart. The jog\walk part is definitely a must. Quote Link to comment

Lee Cooper
😊😊😊 Edited March 26 by Lee Cooper Quote Link to comment
