Depression: How To Deal

Dont fight the process..let it run through you. In time, mapapagod na lang din ang utak at puso mo hanggang sa mamanhid ka na lang emotionally. Once you achieved that "numbness" then that is the time you can truly say naka-move on ka na sa process na yan. Lahat ng tao kailangang makaranas ng sakit bago tuluyang tumibay ang loob.

Realize na sayang ang oras being depressed. But other than that, food, a good workout, happy songs and talking with good friends are great. Depende kung ano ang nagpa-depress sa iyo, do something that makes you feel great against it. Ex. depressed due to having little - no cash = treat yourself to something nice and inexpensive that you like (half a dozen servings ng fishballs and kwek-kwek from a good stall does wonders for me) to make yourself feel, "Ha! I can still enjoy!", etc.

 

Storms pass, nasa kung paano mo lang ito malilipasan. The storm won't pass if you choose to stay in it.

kadalasan akala ng tao depressed sya pero ang totoo boredom lang talaga ang nararamdaman. Common din to sa mga taong di masyado naglalalabas at di alam kung ano ang trip talagang gawin. Mas advisable talaga to do something that has nothing to do with substance abuse or alcohol intake. Picking up a hobby does wonders talaga.

 

Pero may mga cases talaga na dala ng matinding pinagdaanan sa buhay kaya nauwi sa depression. Pag ganun matagal tagal ang recovery nun.
