But if you are a beginer with zero knowledge in any combat sports or medyo nawala na ung agileness e its probably okey to start training with boxing first. To survive 12 rounds and score more points than their opponent. Though it happens in MMA too. But the shorter rounds and more dynamic possible moves make it extra exciting. Quote Link to comment

Kahit iyong mga sinasbi nilang may world class boxing like the Diaz brothers throw the wildest punches I have seen. Malayo pa ang hahabulin nila para matapatan iyong napapanood ko sa K1 at sa boxing.
