When Is The Best Time To Work Out?

Depende talaga sa kung anong klaseng tao (morning vs night person) lalo na iba-iba ang work. Isama na rin sa factors ang time kung kailan kumain, time before sleep, what kind of exercise (strengthening ba o endurance o power) atbp.

I usually work out at 6 a.m. till 7:30 a.m. in my home gym and ride my bmx bike around town for at least 30 minutes for my cardio.
